Glow Wire Tester 
To determine the fire resistance by the fire hazard test in accordance with IEC60695-2-10, IEC60335, IEC60598 and other standards.
The ignition source is imitated by an electrically heated wire loop against which the sample is pressed with a constant force. A miniature jacket thermocouple serves as a sensor for the loop temperature.
The sample has to be fastened to a carriage on which, by means of a tensioning cord, a weight with a force of 1 N is effective in the direction of the wire loop.
Scales enable the reading of the flame height and the depth of penetration.
Approx 200mm below the wire loop a board of pine wood, covered with a layer of tissue paper, is mounted.
Enable you to judge the danger of a fire spreading through burning drops or glowing parts falling from the sample.
The calibration is done with silver foil.
When the foil melts, the measuring unit must indicate a temperature of 960℃.
Standard outfit:

Wire loop of nickel-chromium, Φ4mm, in accordance with IEC60695-2-10 figure 1, with clamping mechanism, with Φ0, 6mm for the thermocouple.
Carriage with fixture for the specimen, with a rate of approach and withdrawal of 10mm/s to 25mm/s.
Fine rope pull mechanism with weights for loads of 1±0, 2N.
Gauge of 7mm for the depth of penetration, with maximum pointer and stop.
Scale to measure the flame height.
High current isolating transformer to heat the wire loop, with series connected variable ratio transformer, to set the temperature up to 960±15℃.
Chamber with a volume of at least 0, 5mm3, black interior.
Wooden board, 10mm thick, 10 sheets of wrapping tissue, of grammar between 12g/㎡~30g/㎡.
Power supply: 220V50Hz (other voltages upon request).


Horizontal Vertical Flame Tester
The LCX horizontal-vertical flame chamber tester is a fully automatic instrument contained in its own cabinet to maximize the safety of the operator. It screening procedure for comparing the relative burning behavior specimens made from plastic and other non-metallic materials, exposed to a flame ignition source of 50W or 500W nominal power. Needle-flame Tester
The needle flame tester is used to assess the fire hazard of component materials, determining whether the test flame causes ignition of parts, or if a combustible part ignited by the flame has a limited duration or extent of burning without spreading fire by flames, or burning or glowing particles falling from the test specimen. It is a fully automatic instrument contained in its own cabinet to maximize the safety of the operator.

The fire hazard of the specimen is assessed by measuring the burning duration of the specimen, and any ignition of the wrapping tissue and white pine board below the specimen.
Use with a pressure regulator.
Consists of a Ф0.9mm needle burner that tilts to 45° from the vertical and is fueled with butane gas, and a tube with a bore 0.5/font>0.1mm and gas-flow regulating valve for adjustment of the flame height.
The test time for the temperature of the standard copper block to increase from 100°C ± 5°C to 700°C ± 3°C shall be 23.5s ± 1.0s.
Test flame height is adjusted 12mm ±1mm.
The instrument is designed to conform to the IEC60695-11-5, IEC60695-2-2 and other most commonly used standards in the market.

This method simulates tracking currents on insulation material by providing drops between electrodes.
