摘要:IEC 60335 Figure 7 Accessibility UL Test Probe Finger Nail
1. Introduction:
1. The Test Finger Nail is a test device designed to simulate a human finger nail. The Test Finger Nail is designed and manufactured according to Figure 7 of IEC 60335-1.
TheTest Finger Nail was made on stainless steel and Polyamide handle.
2. The test finger nail with force meets the standard requirements of IEC 60335.1, it is mainly used for the solid insulated accessible parts to prevent impaling the sample by sharp tools. It is also used to prevent the non-removable parts from touching the live parts, waterproof parts and the moving parts. It should be fixed in a reliable way and withstand the mechanical stress appearing in normal use.
3. For the scratch test, to exert the surface a 10N force and the material to scratched surface cannot be separated.
4. 1 Insert the test finger into any slits or joints, exert a 10N perpendicular lateral force, but it cannot be twisted and levered, and related components cannot be fell off or damaged.

2. Application:
1. The Test Finger Nail with force is mainly used for the shocking or the non-removable parts of contacting with moving parts to determine whether it can withstand the mechanical pressure in normal use ,to reach the required level of protection test.
2. The surface pressure 10N on the scratch test, material scraped surface can not be separated.Using the test finger insert any seam or joints, and then impose vertically a 10N side draw in ,but can not be twisted and leveraged. The related components can not be fell off or be damaged.
3. Note :
Test probe is precision stainless steel products, please use of gently and pay attention to maintenance
4. Reference Standard :IEC60335 UL1025 UL1278 UL507
5. Specification :Finger Tip; Middle Finger; Finger Base
