Application 
The wire damage test device is a special test instrument designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB119.1-2008 Figure 11, IEC884 Figure 11, GB1314.3, etc. It is mainly used to judge whether the screw-clamp type terminal is in design and structure. It meets the requirement of not damaging the wire when it is clamping the wire, and it is also used to check whether the screwless terminal has withstood the mechanical stress that occurs during normal use.

The normal test  
1 Scale adjustment: Loosen the fixing nut at the scale position, adjust the fixture to the height required for the test and fix it.
2 Center adjustment: Use the line hammer to find the center of the turntable.
3 sample installation:  
 The terminal block is connected to the corresponding wire and installed and clamped.  
 Pass the wire through the corresponding casing and install the corresponding weight. 


normal test steps: 

 Set the number of tests according to the test duration (after each change, press the reset button to eliminate the number of previous settings) 
 Press the “Start” button, the device will start running, and the turntable will rotate at 10 revolutions per minute. After the number of trials is reached, the test will automatically stop and an audible prompt will be given. 
 Press the yellow reset button to release the sound prompt. After the test, disconnect the power switch and cut off the working power.
