Product Description


Application:

The main function of the equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated rain conditions. After the test, it is judged whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.e.

The nozzle is made of stainless steel and brass and can be removed for cleaning. It is made according to the relevant provisions of EN60598, IEC60529-2001, GB4208-2008, GB4942.1-2006 (IPX3, IPX4) and other standards, and is used to test the waterproof performance of appliances or appliances with rain-proof function. For some types of equipment, the casing cannot be completely wetted by the pendulum and rain, and it is supplemented by manual operation with anti-watering and splashing hand-held test equipment.


The main difference between the IPX3 and IPX4 handheld waterproof test is that the IPX4 needs to remove the balance baffle of the shower head, so that the shell is splashed in every possible direction, and the IPX3 needs to be covered with a baffle for testing.
